 To all the Saints of God,

      Grace and peace be unto all the Saints of God around the World.  As this Coronavirus Pandemic continues, we are continually reminding the Saints of God that we are obeying the magistrates and following the guideline of the health and governmental authorities for the safety of all people. 

       Health authorities and governmental officials are now advising people to wear face mask in public gatherings, use social distancing, and get vaccinated for your own health and safety from the Covid-19 virus.  In some places wearing face mask is no longer mandatory in indoor public spaces. 

·   January 20, 2023, community transmission of Covid-19 is now trending downward to the green zone. This means that the spread of the virus is falling off to a low level and you should continue to take precautions based on for your individual health condition. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has indicated that the triple demic of flu, covid-19, and RSV respiratory infection is falling downward toward the level of the normal seasonal transmission.

·         Face masks continue to be recommended in public gatherings for individual safety based on your individual health condition and risk.  

·         Gatherings indoors is allowed without face mask, but each individual should be aware of their health risk.

·         Vaccinations and boosters remain the recommended most effective way to control the spread of Covid-19 according to health authorities. 

·         Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters are offered to everyone in the State of Georgia. 

      We are open for indoor in-person services with face mask, social distancing, temperature checks and Covid-19 testing when needed. Each person attending in-person services should be fully aware of their own health risk as mask may be removed during singing and speaking, and some may attend without mask. We are also continuing online services through Zoom, Facebook, and YouTube.

         As we obey the Magistrates, we have complete faith that God will continue to hear our prayers and provide a way for us through these uncertain times.

   Romans 13:2-4 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

   TITUS 3:1-2 Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

   This week’s encouraging words of growth focuses on: 

   Destroying the works of the Devil

     All Apostolic Christians Believers have the power in them to defeat all sin in their life and destroy the works of the devil.  You will often hear me say when I emphasize my determination to live a perfect holy life, “I am the arch enemy of Satan because I am determined to defeat him in every aspect of my life”.  All believers must eventually come to this conclusion and began to see that their adversary the devil is walking about as a hungry roaring lion seeking to destroy you and consume you.  It does no good for you to be afraid of him. It is far better for you to face his onslaught and defeat him. You must continuously stay alert and be watchful because the devil has many tactics and tricks in his attack to consume you.

1Peter 5:8 - 9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:   Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

     The Lord God Jesus Christ is going to give all believers victory over devils even while they are confronted with betrayals from so-called friends and their immediate family members.  The believer will be given the power to destroy the works of evil in their daily life.

Luke 21:14 - 16 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:  For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.  And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

     All Apostolic Christian Believers must come to the place in your mind that you are on a battlefield where the war is good against evil.  And you must decide which side to take.  You cannot be on both sides of the fence. You cannot be a lover of the sinful ways of the world and be an Apostolic Christians at the same time. You cannot be lukewarm.  You must be hot or cold or you will remove yourself away from obedience to the commandments the Lord God Jesus Christ. The Lord God knows your works, conduct, thoughts, and behavior whether you are true or false.

 Revelations 3:15 - 16 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

     All Apostolic Christians must stand on the fact that the Lord God Jesus Christ took on flesh and blood and manifested Himself to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.  The Lord God made His flesh and blood body known to us as the Son of God in which He manifested Himself and lived among us without committing any sins to be the payment for our sins, that we might become the righteousness of God.

1 JOHN 3:1 - 8 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.  Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.  And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.  Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.  Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.  He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

     The Lord God has spoken and revealed Himself to us in a flesh and blood body as the Son of God who is the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person.  We now know that we can communicate directly with God because He has upheld all things by the word of His power, He made things clearly known to us when walked on the earth in a visible body and showed that He had all power.   Then He died for our sins and Himself purged our sins.  Then He arose from the grave and ascended into heaven and sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high which shows us that he has all power.  So, no one has an excuse now because he has made himself known before all mankind.

Hebrews. 1:1–3 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

     Conduct yourselves throughout the time of your natural life here in fear which means to honor, obey, and praise the Lord God knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. This was the purpose of God Almighty which was foreordained before the foundation of the world but was manifest in these last times for you that your complete confidence should be in God Almighty.

1 Peter 1:17–21 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:  1PE1:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:  Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

     We have achieved our victory in love because the Lord God Jesus Christ has proven his love for all mankind and His love compels us to be obedient to His commandments because we now know that all was dead in sin and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. 

2 Corinthians 5:14–15 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

     This is our victory over the devil, this is our ability to destroy the works of the devil because the love and grace of the Lord God Jesus Christ has made all true obedient believers the righteousness of God.

2 Corinthians 5:20 - 21 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.  For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

So, you may ask the question, “How do I live a holy lifestyle each day of my life?”  You now know that all people who live by not obeying the commandments of the Lord God Jesus Christ are the children of the devil!!!  And now you can put forth the answer out of your own mouth by saying, “I will destroy the works of the devil in my life by obeying the commandments of God and resisting the temptation of the devil during the present time and I will receive victory over evil for all eternity through the power that I receive from the Lord God Jesus Christ!!!

May the Lord Bless you and Keep you and eternally hold you in the center of his will. 

May he open your understanding that you will come to know that you must repent of your sins and be baptized by immersion in water in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins. 

 Then you must continue in prayer to the Lord God Jesus Christ asking him for the Holy Ghost, calling on His Name which is the Lord Jesus Christ and waiting or tarrying until you receive the gift of the Holy Ghost with the sign following speaking with other tongues as the spirit gives you utterances.  This experience with God will endow you with power.

 Then you must leave the principles of the doctrine and go on to perfection overcoming the love of the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life.

 Then you must continue steadfastly in the Apostle’s Doctrine, remembering always that he that endures until the End, the same shall be saved.  In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ who is God Almighty. Amen

  ONGOING GUIDANCE 

 (1) Wear a well-fitting mask indoors in public, regardless of vaccination status if you are high risk for severe disease.

(2) consider avoiding non-essential indoor activities in public,

(3) talk to your medical provider about other precautions to take,

(4) have a plan for rapid testing if you are exposed and experiencing symptoms,

(5) talk to your medical provider about treatments like oral antivirals, PrEP, and monoclonal antibodies. If you have household or social contact with someone at high risk for severe disease: consider self-testing to detect infection before contact and wearing a mask when indoors with them. Maintain improved ventilation throughout indoor spaces when possible. Follow CDC recommendations for isolation and quarantine, including testing guidance.

 Everyone should remember the phrase: “My mask protects you; your mask protects me.”
